BIOGRAPHY

Bryan Ferguson was a member of the Illinois Army National Guard for 16 years rising through the enlisted and officer ranks to obtain the rank of O-2, First Lieutenant.  He held various progressive leadership positions from infantry rifle platoon leader to Executive Officer of an Infantry Anti-Armor company.

Bryan started his law enforcement career as a Deputy Sheriff in downstate Illinois.  He finished his 20 years in law enforcement retiring at the rank of Sergeant at a Police Department in the Suburbs of Chicago.  He held various positions to include Senior Firearms Instructor, Tactical Team Leader and Field Training Commander.

Bryan started working in the security industry in 2010 working off-duty police details.  He then jumped into full-time security employment in January 2017.  He worked his way up from Operations Manager to Director of Off Duty Police Operations and eventually to Director of Training where he helped create and grow a training academy for Security and Police personnel.  He has deployed to various parts of the world conducting executive protection for high level executives and major celebrities.  He has been the Director of Security for numerous high-profile events in the Chicago area.

Bryan now works for Aware Security Consultants, LLC as its Chief Operating Officer.
